MAVCAP, a fully owned subsidiary of Ministry of Finance, Malaysia, invested in Resolv on 25 May 2005. Resolv also obtained the MSC Status and set up R&D centre in Cyberjaya to develop and provide products and services.

The R&D activities will be focused on developing scalable and extensible ICT infrastructure to support organisations in leveraging their existing investment and create new values by tapping on the availability of new technologies.
